- Unfortunatly since finding Lila she has gone to Rainbow Bridge...she was sadly killed end of December 08 in an RTA! RIP Lila.xxx
There is a bridge connecting Heaven and Earth. It is called the Rainbow Bridge because of its many colours. Just this side of the Rainbow Bridge there is a land of meadows, hills, and valleys with lush green grass. When a beloved pet dies, the pet goes to this place.
There is always food and water and warm Spring weather. The old frail animals are young again. They play all day with each other. There is only one thing missing, they are not with their special person who loved them so much on Earth.
Each day they all run and play until the day comes when one suddenly stops playing and looks up! The nose twitches! The ears rise up! The eyes are staring! Then suddenly, this one runs from the group! You have been seen, and when you and your special friend meet, you take him or her into your arms and you both embrace. Your face is licked again and again and you look once more into the eyes of your trusting pet.
Then you cross the Rainbow Bridge together, never again to be separate

- I'm so very pleased to hear that lovely Lila is back home. A big WELL DONE to the owner who put in so much effort to make this girl the hottest girl in town and to her finder who took the time and effort to reunite this little cutie with her worried owner. Welcome home Lila and stay safe!

- Lila has been found yipeeee!
She was picked up by a lady in Uffington so she probably was dumped as too hot to handle, Lila's owner was very, very active.x

- Great news that Lila's owner is so proactive, that is the very best way to get a good result. Reynard is soooo right, as you live close to the border of the county it is really important that you get in touch with the police/DW from everywhere in the local area. What were the circs of this dog going missing please?Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Owner is very proactive but not all the Dog Wardens pounds and rescue have yet been contacted as now the weekend and Shrivenham borders Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire. As Lila was stolen police have been contacted. Helpers please look out for Lila as she could still be in the area.Owner mobile phone number on poster is always a good idea. Shout if you need help and GOOD LUCK.x

- What a little sweetie. Print off the poster from this site and poster everywhere, someone must surely see her, she is quite distinctive. Make her too hot to handle, it just takes that one person to see the poster and call you. Also contact local dog warden and visit rescue centres/kennels regularly and in person, don't rely on phone calls as they don't always match descriptions given with the dogs they have in. Be safe, Lila, gorgeous girl xx
