There is a post being shared on fb not by owner with wrong info, makes it look like PIPER only recently went missing in March this year. It has had a lot of shares, poster has been asked to edit the post but has not done so.

Have been in touch with owner a few times today and have done another SHARE post with the correct info. Rooting for PIPER to be found and scanned and her owner get that most important call.

Thank you to everyone who is helping to find her and supporting her owner.

**PIPER IS STILL MISSING**

Piper has now been missing for nearly 6 months. She was last seen near the cricket field near Calder Grove WF4.

She was wearing a pink bandana collar and is microchipped.

There will be a big reward for her safe return.

We have had no sightings since she went missing, if anyone knows anything or where she might be, please contact the page!

We miss her dearly and want her back home! 😢

Shared again for Piper on Facebook and twitter - if you are local to Wakefield area please help the family with putting up posters / delivering fliers - Piper has a Facebook page so you can contact them on there. They are offering a huge finders fee. Piper could be hiding somewhere local to where she was lost - maybe in a shed or outhouse - please check your gardens if you live nearby and encourage neighbours to do the same. Thank you all.

My mother-in-law lives in Wakefield and knows the Calder grove cricket fields...will ask her & her husband to share around pages & amongst friends...Good Luck to everyone involved in getting this little lady back home safe...thoughts are with family and Piper...please stay safe until found, little Piper...all paws & everything xd sweetie x

• If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
• Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
• A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (145247)
• Obtain a missing poster by clicking on View poster above. Posters are very important so start postering now!
