Also contact local Dog Wardens, Manchester Dogs Home, Cheshire Dogs Home, Leigh Animal Sanctuary, vets in the area, pet shops etc. Please forward a photo to admin@doglost.co.uk as soon as possible so posters can be sorted. Pass posters to family and friends to display in cars and poster the area so people are aware of her disappearance. Also ask postman, window cleaner, milk man etc to carry a poster and inform you of any sightings. Please also ensure that you visit dogs homes at least once a week as descriptions vary and they recommend you visit to reduce the risk of your dog being rehomed after 7 daysLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Try not to leave your pets on their own during fireworks.

Create a safe and secure "bunker" in a familiar place at home.
