- Jayne, hoping the dog that was hit by a car was found and is okay but owners looked into that. Also, seems to have been slightly before Walter went missing and therefore a coincidence and similar dog x

- Email from a local helper...A small dog same colour was hit by a car at traffic lights stubbington road, near esso garage. Around 650 this evening, dog ran off after being hit and driver didn't seem to stop. Dog ran off in direction of coop Conor road.
