- Bruiser has been found and is in Hilbrae dog rescue in telford but they will not return him to me.
He was one of 3 that went missing the other 2 was handed in on 4th which is why i only put out an alert for bruiser. bruiser was not handed in until 7th. Now due to costs incurred by one of my other dogs which i cannot afford they will not give me back any, bruiser and obe of my other dog have not incurred the same costs. Im fumming i want my dogs back. Surely they cannot force me to hand over all 3 dogs if im willing to pay the fees for the 2 and ive unwittingly agreed to hand over my dog that incurred the fees. I need some help im so upset
