Just to clarify I did not find or have any part in finding Dennis beyond copying the post from Facebook onto this page! Whoever the finder was they deserve a stiff drink tonight:-)
.

UPDATE!!!

We have just heard that Dennis is not deceased - there was a miracle today - he walked very shakily into a Pub Garden today, thin and dehydrated. A lovely lady took him to a Vet who scanned and let his owner's and DogLost Head Office know.

This little man, although very poorly is still with us - here's wishing him a very speedy recovery from the DogLost Hertfordshire Team and all our members xx

(for those of you wondering about the animal that was found, deceased, we believe now that it may have been a baby fox as very similar shape and size according to the vet, but hard to tell as decomposed - RIP little one :-( x)

I’ve just moved to unknown whilst the situation is clarified. Dennis has been found alive; finder has taken to a vets. Owner aware and a member of the family is on the way now - good luck

Will update when we know more
Dizzy
There are reports on everything tring on Facebook that this dog has been found alive and is at the vets. There are also photos of the dog wearing a brown leather collar with a blue disc and a blue bone shaped disc which say his name is Dennis with a phone number.
Copy of finders post below: He is at the vets, was hungry & thirsty, he has a collar with a number & his name Dennis which checked out when the vets scanned him, all I've done is go on what the vets told me, they showed me the page on doglost web page & said it was him, who ever the owner is I'm sure they'll be happy by the end of the day, I apologise to the lady who has been mentioned if this is not your dog I was just going on what I was told.
