I have posted this for his owner she is going to look ..
He's very freindly being hand reared and one option is he's jumped in a vehicle so very possible I have passed info on to owner thankyou and she's going to look today ..
If possible please if you see the cat again please could you send a photo to either the numbers or email his white chin is very distinctive ..
