- We had no contact from the Rspca or the previous owner so the local authority instructed us to rehome him.

- Possibility RSPCA was contacted, they may have discovered more, if they haven't already informed you -

- Whitehouse Kennels & Cattery - "We have received information to suggest his name is Buster and he lived in a barn in a field in East Woodlands with his owner who has sadly died. Relatives live in Westbury but we have no contact details if anyone knows any more would be great if you can privately message us thanks. If this is the case very very sad for him."

This is the second JRT found in the hamlet of East Woodlands, with another? reported loose nearby. I was wondering what was going on and chatting to people about them the other day. Is there a connection or just coincidence I wonder ?
You rehomed Patch a couple of months ago - https://doglost.co.uk/dog-blog.php?dogId=143315
The loose JRT was seen around Shear Water, Longleat and wasn't Patch, and since there were no further sightings, it was assumed to have found it's way home.
I've shared to the main Facebook groups in the surrounding area.
