- I went to help the owners and as I was explaining the dogs normally are within 1/2 amile and usually get caught up in bushes etc a lady walked round the corner with her - she had been found in a nearby garden in the hedge. She was a very happy dog to see her owner. I have asked the dog warden to help them get the chip sorted out as the DW checked earlier and she is still chipped to the breeder.

- I have spoken to owners and logged on their behalf. Have advised leaving gate open and food / water out overnight. They have phoned local vets but only managed to leave a voice mail with the DW so I am trying to follow that up and will send him the chip number. Owners had asked their vet for advice on how to change the chip to their details as no paperwork but hadn't achieved this so is still registered to a previous owner. This could be the last owner or could be before that? I will see if the DW can access the chip details to ascertain.
There have been no sightings reported so she has either been picked up or possibly hiding or tangled up.
