Made contact with owner and for more details now. Teddy is staying with a family member and slipped his collar while on a walk. He did have an ID TAG on his collar but now does not have a collar on. Have given Owner the contact number for the Animal Wardens and will update the details/photos again and share on fb.

Will make contact with Skelly88 (Owner) ASAP and do a share post. Have just seen her missing post being shared for TEDDY. Rooting for him to be found soon. Recognise TEDDY from when he has been missing before but was in another part of Liverpool.
