- From Betsy's FB page "So we was over morden park searching everywhere this morning then kelly got a phone call from a lovely lady saying they had spotted Betsy at Canterbury road late last so with that me (ernie a friends beagle )kelly & her husband and Kelly’s sister and her Jack Russell all jump in in our cars and rush over there praying that its Betsy.
I had Ernie the beagle with me which is a friends dog he had the scent from one of Betsys toys as soon as I let him out the car he was sniffing like crazy and the lovely people that called kelly to say they had spotted Betsy took us round to some garages Ernie was straight sniffing down the side off the garages then Kelly’s husband squeezed down the side of the garages and said that’s her she’s running so me kelly and her sister all jumped in the cars and went round the other side which was farm road were there is like a locked field with a pavilion kelly jumped over the fence land I found a gap in the fence and we went in then Kelly’s husband said she had seen her and all off a sudden she came out wagging her tail so happy to see her owners kelly fell on the floor with relief bless her and of course that started me off .
Betsy has a cut on her leg and kelly & her husband have taken her straight to the vets to get checked
I think Ernie could be a future tracker dog 🐾🐾🐾" - 2019-07-29 12:17 csquaredb
