Haven't given up on finding my Lexi. Still hoping she is Ok and safe

Owner replied last night and is going to check the found dog out, Lexi has a distinguishing black marking at the base of her tail.  Jan x

Owner checked the found dog out, it was not Lexi.  The found dog has now been reunited with her owner, which is great news.  Jan x

Emailed Wirral Pound with link to both dogs, Lexi has a distinctive black patch at the base of her tail.  Email and text sent to her owner.  Jan x

After speaking to Jaspbenswood contacted Lexi's owner to give further advice.  Have now done a multi picture for her posters, updated the smaller and larger ones and emailed to owner.  Lexi is an adult Staff cross Jack Russell Terrier and has been SPAYED.  She has a distinctive black spot at the base of her tail.  Owner and family have continued to poster the area, Lexi is believed to still be in the area.  Police have issued a CRIME number.  If anyone has any information on the whereabouts of Lexi please ring DL HQ in confidence.  Her family are missing her so much.  Jan x

Checked with Halewood RSPCA today.  Spoken to owner and she has also called in herself.  Family are doing an excellent job in their search, we just need the one call and see Lexi go into the BLUE.  Jan x

laa2laa, great that you have now registered and posted on Lexi's page.  Keep up the brilliant work with the postering and do keep checking rescues, visiting at least once a week.  You've got my phone numbers if you need to ring.  I'll contact Halewood RSPCA and call in over the weekend to see if she is in there.  Come on Lexi your family want you home.  Jan x

laa2laa, welcome on board. So sorry about Lexi, but we will do all we can to help you get her back. Keep up the postering in that area, and further afield, and pay great attention to postering in pubs and pub car parks, markets and boot sales, as this is often where dogs are sold on - and quickly. The more posters and publicity, the more chance of getting Lexi back qickly. You need to make Lexi too hot to handle. Good luck, and stay safe Lexi x

Also, although Lexi is two, as she is staff- jack russel mix, she could be mistaken for a staff puppy.

Lexi will hopefully be somewhere around the Liverpool area. I think somewhere close to the Kirkby- Liverpool line. (Kirkby- Fazakerley- Rice Lane- Kirkdale- Sandhills- Moorfields- Town.) Please keep an eye out for her. There is a ?200 reward. She is not just a pet to us, she is our family. Please keep an eye out for her. Thanks

Smaller posters emailed to owner.  You need to poster, poster, poster the area and make her too hot to handle.  Good luck and hope to see her in the BLUE soon.  Jan x

Have spoken to Lexi’s owner, who is going to register asap.  To post a comment select blue cross above comments.  Once logged in posters can be printed from site by selecting Dog Poster 1 above Dog Information, will do smaller posters shortly.  Local info given but will post contact numbers.  Have asked owner to check they have been given a crime number and not just a log number from the Police, they have started posting the area.  If Lexi is picked up in the area she will go to Halewood RSPCA 0151-486-1706.  Jan x
