- Fantastic news. So pleased that Bubbles has been reunited after his adventure. Stay close now Bubbles:-) xxx I would have him mirochipped now; just in case. Presume neutered. Please be aware that when you open windows, cats can squeeze into very small spaces due to their very flexible spines, And can jump 5/6 times their height. Last edited: 2019-08-01 07:34:51

- Indoor cats that go missing will usually feel very scared, and anxious being out of their comfort zone which is in their own homes, with people they trust; their owners. They will sometime hide close by or have adventures in someones garden. A door he has access to., open wide, and stand aside, Don`t block his entrance , or he may see it as a "Threat" and run away. Put some tuna, or warm chicken in his dish, and place it about twice the width of the open door. Place his UNWASHED blanket into a clean container, along with your scent too. Also put the children`s scent in too. Poster around the area, and post flyers through doors too. Ask around, especially those with children, as they an be very observant, especially where animals are concerned. Post in shops; post offices too. Hand out as many posters as you can; where and when you can. If all else fails, you could borrow a cat trap from Cat Protection, for a small donation, I think. Place inside an object with his scent on. Place it about 2 metres from the door. The best time to search for a cat is when darkness falls, or very early morning. When searching, use the same deodorant you use on a day to day basis, as he will recognize the scent, and your the one he trusts. And check ALL outbuildings too. Paw xd,
Is Bubbles neutered? If not may have gone seeking a mate. - 2019-07-31 14:49 Helen - Regional Co-ordinator - Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridge
