It is a very stressful time for all concerned so I have edited comments to allay blaim being laid with anyone.
Rayna is a very timid dog, accidents happen.
I have spoken to the owner who is in the area and has been given good advice.
If seen please call poster number immediately, do not call or chase.

Seen this morning in Piddington area, owner aware

Rayna having been sighted locally today is caught and or makes her way to Kennels.

I went yesterday to collect Rayna's passport from the kennels & search for her with my husband but nothing so far although a couple people on facebook commented they seen her near the fields there. She could go back towards there as they left her bed out there, the kennels is the only area she knows as we live far from there which was why I had to get the pet sitter to drive her there, thanks for your help.

Taken to Kennels by dog sitter....not yet inside Kennels and let lead go.
So not responsibility of Kennels as I have spoken with them.
