Response from owner, "Robbie has not been found. Parents have advertised in lots of local papers and even followed up a possible sighting but to no avail". Is there anyone in the Delamere area who can offer more help please? Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Postered Robbie's details at the side of the Scottie ring at Driffield Championship Show. A lot of people took interest so hopefully we are spreading the word about Robbie. Hope we have some news soon,Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Robbie should be in next week's Our Dogs and Dog World Scottish Terrier Breed notes. Also, it is Driffield CH Show on Thursday so will take a poster with me and make sure that all Scottie people know about Robbie.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Will print of the posters of Robbie and forward it to our Dog World and our Dogs reps so that they can include Robbie's details in the Scottish Terrier Breed notes. This was Robbie's details will reach all Scottie people who show and buy these papers. Scottish Terriers are not that common so he should be spotted. Remember that their coats do grow at quite a rate so people need to be aware that he may look quite differently now. It would be worth contacting the local grooming parlouyrs in case some one has found him. I understand that STECS have been contacted and the STBEA. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Sorry Jan, I always forget that!  Poor Robbie, STECS still have him on their site.  Used to be a great Scottie helper on here, wonder if she can help - I'll try to remember who she is. I'll let the Breeders' & Exhibitors' Assn. and Scottish Terrier Club (England) know - they cover all the Scotties in England. Someone must know where he is.   Stay safe little Robbie. xxxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

jimi, Scottish Terriers are listed with Terrier first and then Scottish, as are most Terrier Breeds.  LOL Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Robbie doesn't seem to come up on my Scottish Terrier search unless I put his name in on Lost Dogs page.  Wonder if people are missing out on seeing his page?  Poor Robbie, hope he's home soon. xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Spoken to Edward just now. Robbie is his partners' parents dog. Robbie is a farm dog and went out with another dog but only one returned. Have asked Edward to inform other farmers and check out buildings. Explained the seven day rule and to display posters as mentioned in an earlier posting.  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Have you contacted STECS Mrs. P. Norris 01274 530991?  She will get Robbie put onto their website so Scottie owners can keep a look out for him.  Poor little Robbie, I do hope he's home soon.  Poster everywhere - Schools, lamp posts, footpaths, shops, POs, etc. a.s.a.p. and send to vets, groomers, rehoming centres who need to be phoned regularly along with Dog Wardens.  Give posters to milkmen, postmen, binmen (stick on bins too), paper delivery boys.  Keep safe Robbie. xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
