- I have now added pics of Tilly . She was put into a Silver car by one of 3 women occupants .a bystander was told they would her owner and drove off .. the owner is viewing CCTV later today in hope to get a reg number and description of women as Tilly is still missing atm ..she is chipped and info is updated .x
