- Anyone near me who would be up for walking around at nite to call for our boy?? I’m wondering if he mite come out when it’s late and quiet 💔
- 2019-08-17 15:44 Unknown
- Try to keep positive. Not easy I know. You never know one day he might just walk in as though nothing has happened.
- 2019-08-17 15:39 Myboy81
- I’m hoping not but we have literally been everywhere ðŸ˜

- And is there a dominant cat in the area? As sometimes they will chase a cat out of it`s own territory. The chased cat will not return, until they think it`s "Safe" enough for them to do so. When this happens, sometimes the cat will become lost, and disoriented. Just a possibility. This is where posters, Fb, and Twitter should help. and Keeley`s offer of help too. Paws and fingers xd.Last edited: 2019-08-17 15:36:34

- He went missing abt 11pm so I don’t know. We have literally been everywhere. However a few days ago a lady who lives 8 mins drive away from us had her poor boy stolen! Her neighbors have it all on cctv but refuse to give it to her! She rang police as the bloke sat in the car park for over an hour with the cat in his boot! They went out to confront him and he tried to run them over!! The police turned up at 2am!! And apparently this bloke is known to them!! Absolute joke!! Another ladies cat who lives 5 mins away has gone to 😠I think our boys have suffered the same fate and been sold for dog fighting ðŸ˜

- I totally agree with you Owl. The prices they charge is an absolute disgrace. Just greed. I didn`t know that Chandler is a Therapy cat, as I don`t do Fb. Doglost rocks!!! I would take Keeley`s offer of help to try to find him. I can`t help as I live in the Central region. When cat goes missing, they are usually trapped somewhere, or someone is feeding them. Otherwise they have climbed into vehicles. Was there a delivery van in the area at the time Chandler went missing?Last edited: 2019-08-17 15:25:55

- Sorry but I don't think anyone should be charging those prices. Your best bet is to keep postering and putting the word around. Advertise further afield as well. We hear about the successes of those who advertise as pet detectives, but we don't hear about those they cannot find. Many of them do little if anything more than what you and you friends and contacts can do for you, and charge more for posters than you would pay a print shop.

- I put on it that chandler is my autistic sons therapy cat but nope :(

- Those prices are ridiculous. Maybe someone will donate knowing you have a disabled child as it can`t be easy. Just give them the link for the Go fund. Paws xd.
- 2019-08-17 09:30 Myboy81
- I’ve sent email but I doubt it will help as I just can’t afford it. My neighbor set up a go fund and not one person donated. We truely have the worst luck in the world :(
- 2019-08-17 09:25 Myboy81
- Thank you Keeley and Janie. I’ve contacted a few but one wanted £2000 the other £800 I’m a single mum of a disabled child so I just can’t afford that :(

- Ignore those gossips; not worth your blood pressure. There is a Pet Detective called Colin Butcher who used to be a Police Detective who resides in Surrey. and he owns a black Cocker Spaniel who is the only trained dog to be able to sniff out cats, In two years she has manged to "Sniff out" 90 cats. (Of course she helps to find dogs too) Not sure of the cost as professional, but said he is willing to give advice over the phone. Here are his details. Email is info@thepetdetectives.com Telephone no. is 01403 753- 463. Paws xd.

- That's shocking. I'm in Felpham I can help you look.

- So sorry you had to put up with unpleasantness and gossip. Hope you can set the record straight.

- Everyone on our estate was nice at first but then a horrible bloke said he was sick of my posts! Which caused me to get angry then someone put it out that me and my friends were going into gardens!! So everyone went mad without actually having proof or facts!! Then someone put it out there that I was blaming the polish!!!
- 2019-08-15 08:56 Myboy81
- He’s actually dark grey and white fluffy
- 2019-08-15 08:55 Myboy81
- I have literally done everything. Posters, cards through doors, checked everywhere every day different times. Put cat tray, Hoover content out. Even had a man bring his drone to look

- Presume you checked ALL outbuildings at the time he went missing? Place his UNWASHED blanket into a clean container, along with your scent too. Wipe his scent on all your garden fences, gates, doors tool anything leading up to the garden. Just because you can`t see a cat, doesn`t mean they aren`t around. A cat that was posted as missing for THREE MONTHS was found only ten minutes from his home, A woman had been feeding him fresh chicken every day. Post a LOST CAT ad in a National newspaper in case he has climbed into a vehicle. Ask family, friends, and neighbours to share as well as DL. Twitter too. I would ask around, especially those with children as they can be very observant where animals are concerned. And sometimes a person will take a fancy to someones cat, and will try to hide it in their house. I have known his happen, so leave no stone unturned. "SPREAD THE WORD" Paws, and fingers xd.Last edited: 2019-08-15 08:48:48

- Sorry to see that CHANDLER is missing.
- If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
- Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
