- There is a screen shot in pets lost and found nationwide on facebook, of an advert to sell a long haired chihuahua male in south Wales for 350£. The photo is a side shot but please check it out. I have a screen shot hut can't seem to attach here

- Thanks Leah for ruling out Buster. Hope you get some positive news soon. Such an awful thing to happen, and the dog could well attack again. I'm surprised no one local has come forward with information about the possible identity of the dog involved as problem dogs are usually well known known by neighbours, friends etc.

- any news?
- 2019-08-23 14:11 Joan
- Is it possible that the attacking staffy could have been Buster, missing for 2 years from same postcode? Could be still living rough in the area? Could owner have a look at the photo of Buster on this site to rule out any possible link?

- You say the dog also bit you - a dog bite needs to be reported to the police. Also local dog warden so can keep a record of it against that dog.

I live in Sinfin Derby have just been walking my chihuahua and a ****** staff with no lead or owner in sight has just come along from no where and attacked my chihuahua and bitten me and has ran off with the dog in its mouth!!!
Please keep a look out if your from that area, I’m worried sick and walking the streets but no sign of either dog. His lead is still attached to his collar and he is a sandy cream colour x - 2019-08-21 10:24 Sherlock- Area Co-ordinator & Police Liaison - Avon & South Gloucestersh
