Poor girl looks like she needs some vetinary care and lots of TLC from a loving owner. She looks as if she's had a rough time, I hope she isn't going to be reunited to an abusive home....has she been seen by a vet?

The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
