Met with Red's lovely owner this evening who is distraught and trying everything she can to find Red,
Dog warden and local vets aware. Postman is aware. Microchip company aware he is missing and details are up to date.
Owner has been out searching local area incl local woods which are vast. Lots of shares on fb. Many neighbours are aware and looking out.
We have put up 19 posters this evening around immediate area and spoke to a few dog walkers.
Owner advised re scenting, which she is going to do and also is going to cook some bacon with window open.
There was a possible sighting last evening at 9pm as owner has said below. No sightings since.
So hope he finds his way home very soon. or if anyone has him that he is soon reunited with owner.
Owner advised to contact www.k9tracker.co.uk.
Stay positive Abi, please stay safe Red until you are found.

Abigail..I have resent the scenting advice ..please also check your junk mail and could you confirm receipt.
Abi warren
Hi can you please email the scenting advise it doesn't seem to have come through.
TK - Area Volunteer, East Sussex
Hi Abi, That sounds promising, hopefully if he is still in the area nearby he will find his way home soon. Follow the scenting advice that was emailed if you can,
I was just wondering, do you think there might be a female dog nearby that is in season that he might of gone after, although still doesn't explain how he got out of the gate.
If you can print of some posters from here and put them up on lamposts etc all around the area. Posters really do work and they bring in info from people.
Fingers crossed he will soon be found.

Somone has possibly seen him close to me house. She said he followed her to her house when she was out walking her dog at 9 pm and was crying at her gate but he didn't come back. The road she loves on is roughly 1 Street up from our house.

Hi Abi - sorry that Red is missing. I have emailed scenting advice to you. Hope it helps x
Abi warren
I let him out at 10pm every night as I feed my bunnies and rats he goes for his final pee before bed. The last week he has been very restless from around 9pm. And wanting to go out. I let him out he runs at the gate and fence growling and barking. I get him in. Thinking its foxes from the wood behind my house. Now I'm wondering if it was a person hanging about he could hear. Last night he was restless I let him out he doesn't bark or anything quickly feed my bunnies and rats and let him in I was max 5 minutes and he was gone.
Abi warren
Hi no I havnt been given scenting adcice I have put his bed out in the front garden. In the hope he can get the smell of it. Is that what you mean.

Still missing according to fb.
Owner has been out looking. but sadly still missing.
As he disappeared from front garden last night, perhaps someone has taken him?
If any Area Coordinators can give owner further advice I'm sure she would be very grateful.
