- As Lou Lou has been sighted to her home. place her UNWASHED blanket into a clean container, along with your daughters scent too. Leave in he garden in a sheltered spot, or hang on the washing line if dry; used towels too. And leave a door open she has access to. Don`t block her entrance, or she may run off again, Just act nonchalant. Cats dislike changes of any kind. They like familiarity, and scents they are used to. If all else fails, I would borrow a trap form Cat Protection (For a small donation, I think) And place it in the garden, with an object with her scent on inside. When she returns i would keep her in for about two weeks, or she may go awol again. Paws xd.
