Becky, these firms often track the location of their vehicles during their daily calls. They like to know how long their operatives are spending on jobs.....Try speaking to their customer liaison section, asking if they can identify which of their vans were in your postcode area on the day you last saw Boris, and say a few days after. It should be possible for them to tell you which post code the vans went to after visiting your area. Worth a try. Failing that, put a call out on the local FB groups for drain doctor van drivers to get in touch if they were in your area on specific days.....Last edited: 2019-09-17 14:26:37 by Joan
