- So sorry that Odie was taken from you two years ago. I know Kent police. I l know, but have you thought of contacting Colin Bitcher (Ex police detective in Surrey where he still resides, and now works as a pet detective. He has had much success in locating lost,. an stolen dogs, whilst in the police force, and as a pet detective. Albeit a private company for those on low income; pensions etc, money donate by helpers goes towards any searches, so a reduce rate for the aforementioned.
