- Hi, I was standing at bedroom window and saw a bird swoop down and a continuous screeching noise. I wasn't dressed so quickly put dressing gown on and went outside. There was a bird like this and I am not sure if 2 were involved as only seen one swooping down and went outside and there was one like this screeching very loudly on the ground and flapping around as if it had prey. When it saw me it flew into the front of my house glass windows and dropped again and then flew off very quickly. Only problem is dates don't work as think this was Saturday. I was on the telephone to somebody so I will check tomorrow as I thought one bird was attacking another or some other prey and disconnected call to go and help. The bird looked like this one in photo but we do have 2 birds of prey in the area high up but I think they are much bigger. Can you confirm this escaped today or was it earlier please and it's size approximately? I'm based in Surrey, regards
