- Spoken to Mel tonight, Roscoe is still missing. They are keeping up with checking Halewood RSPCA on a regular basis. There has been phonecalls of sightings of a dog fitting his description still around the Window Lane/Kings Street area of Garston. Family have been going to the area early in the morning and evening. There is one dog very similar to Roscoe which does live in this area, the person who said she was feeding Roscoe a few weeks ago knows this dog and it was not him she was feeding. I am surprised Roscoe has not been found by now as the area is very built up, Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Have spoken to Mel who is out in the area now with his owners, postering and delivering flyers. There have been quite a few reported sightings all around the same area as the one from the phone call to HQ, one lady has actually fed him. He is reported as looking thin and very nervous. Discussed with Mel about trying to get someone to just leave food to try and get him to go back, to also leave some clothing, they have been scenting the area. Mel is have internet problems and will ring back when she gets somewhere to use a landline as signal kept dropping. Fingers crossed he is found soon. Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Met up with Mel today and gave her loads of various size posters, discussed places to target. There was a possible sighting last night on Speke Boulevard near the Fords factory. Mel is going to the area tonight to poster, Speke Police Station should be contacted. I have checked with Halewood RSPCA today but they have not had any dogs fitting his description handed in are aware of Roscoe missing. - This is the end of my mums road!!! sadly i just moved so not in area as much. But emailed poster to all family and also to dad who works in the Jag factory over the road. He will put road probably.
Also got friends in Dogs Trust looking out! Thankfully he is about 200yards from RSPCA so if found will not be going found. Plus the wardens drive down the main roads here everyday and know all local latch dogs so will stop if any not recognised!

- Spoken with Halewood RSPCA, he has not been picked up, also contacted Liverpool Council in case of any RTA's (luckily there have not been any). He may have been picked up and once the posters start getting circulated the call we want will come in. Have given Mel advice on best places to put posters first. Will email posters out to rescues etc when home from work. Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
