- It is with great sadness that I am moving Oyster's page to Rainbow Bridge.
Not the outcome that any of us were hoping for from today's search.
Thank you to everyone who has helped whether by searching, sharing or supporting Adi, my thoughts are with her. X - 2019-10-26 20:17 Quirky
- This is what is on that link I put here yesterday just in case anyone isn't on facebook as the time of the search looks to be from 10.30am - -
UAV Lost Dog Search & Rescue is at Chagford.
Sadly, Oyster remains missing this evening.
Team members have spent this afternoon and evening with owners in the area, conducting further searches of the surrounding location.
Now we have a better understanding of the location along with access points, tracks, paths, and circumstances of her disappearance we have been able to provide better advice based on what has been discussed today. All normal advice has been given and the owners are continuing with these steps and with fresh advice, new steps will be taken tomorrow morning from first light.
We are planning to hold a coordinated search at the location on Sunday, should Oyster not be found tomorrow. We have chosen Sunday for the main reason of the forecasted weather warnings and the risk of danger to those searching in these high wind conditions.
Should anyone wish to help with this search, please comment below and one of the team will be in touch with further details.
Our aim is for a 10:30 start, with persons being split into pairs or more and given an area to search. Due the some of the terrain, good study footwear should be worn and suitable clothing for woodland and wet areas.
If anyone in the meantime has seen or heard of anything that may be of interest, please contact ourselves and if an online post, please provide us the link. We ask that no potential sighting locations are posted in the comments, and these are sent to us or by phone to 01803 365505. - 2019-10-26 16:23 Sue - onestopalldogs

- Poster around the area, and post flyers through doors too. Ask around especially those with children, as they can be very observant where animals are concerned. Post in shops; post offices too. Hand out as many posters as you can; where, and when you can. Post a LOST CAT ad in National newspaper too. Contact vets etc in case handed in. Some microchips can slip. Paws xd.. for Oysters safe return.
