I agree with you entirely mathers22. But what can be done ? I have`t got the answer. Are they being rehomed too soon after they arrive here? So sad? :-(

Sightings seem to be 15/11/19 Chippenham area @ 23:13 & 23:30 no further sightings since so maybe on her way back so please keep a look out for her & CALL IN WITH ANY SIGHTINGS x

Great news - clever girl! So many will make their own way back as long as they're not panicked.
I guess Jodie and Karen will go through this with you -

- attach a training lead when inside
- buy her a tracker - Tractive and Findster are good but depends upon the phone signal/terrain
- dogs have clear and escalating body language, starting with calming signals, which helps understand their anxiety level -

After five days of exploring Salisbury plain she make her way home. I can’t thank the public enough for their kind words of support and offers of help. It’s a very happy house today having her home 🏠.

Jade Baker - "I have just seen a dog. Mainly white with black marking can’t tell if it was a collie or a spaniel. in manningford Bruce. It ran off down by the manor.

Polly has been seen on the Tidworth side of Salisbury plain, towards seven sisters. So she seems to be moving between east and west across the plain and this is actually quite a short distance of about a mile and a half so it’s still fairly close to the area she was lost in

Polly returned to the village of her fosterer this morning but sadly she was scared off.. it is imperative that NO ONE tries to catch polly....the fact is no one will.
It’s very frustrating esp when you combine all the man hours it’s taken to get this far and then she’s scared off only a few feet away from the only place she knows here.... lovely people of Netheravon and surrounding villages yet again we plead with you to call in sightings of polly. But PLEASE DO NOT CHASE HER!!! Thankyou xx

Even though she was only there for three hours Polly will probably still be close by or return to area once she is calmer as sadly will be in Flight mode i.e high adrealin and will be very scared poor girl.
So if sighted DO NOT CHASE OR CALL OUT
Leave food in a safe area near by.
