- Other Info Oscar went missing whilst on a walk. He ran into a tunnel which was filling up with water. Fire and Rescue were called but no sign of Oscar. Possibly sightings at Hetton Country Park and the back road Murton/ Seaton towards Hetton Country Patk. The dog was described as being scared, running scared and disorientated. These areas are linked by the Cycle Network. Oscar was wearing a fabric collar with a tag with name, address and contact details.
