- Thank you to everyone for the support and advise and especially the call it helped keep my chin up and very much appreciated. Roxy finally came home today after her 9 day 'adventure'. The posters and letter dropping obviously worked and maybe our persistence surprised the wannabe new owners but they finally did the right thing so thats all that matters!! Thank you againLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Spoke to Steve yesterday.....glad he found the site and has added Roxy's details. He has done a really great job already, contacted DW's. vets etc and postered the area too, done schools, shops etc as well. As a result of this, he did have a call from a lady claiming to have Roxy, said she was safe and well, but that her children were attached to her......never mind that Steve the OWNER is missing her like crazy eh! She did say she would phone back, as she wanted to explain to her children that they couldn't keep her but that phone call never came. She withheld her phone number and gave no other details so although Police have been informed there is little they have to go on. Posters in one area Steve covered had been removed so he put them all back up and leafleted the houses in that road too. Really have to continue to make Roxy too hot to handle, if this lady does have her (and Steve thought she did sound fairly genuine) she can't keep her hidden for ever, hopefully neighbours will see her in the garden, the kids will tell someone about her etc. The local paper is hopefully going to run a story on this too.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Sorry to see Roxy is missing, thanks for registering and putting her details on DL, we will do all we can to help you in your search for her. Great that you have supplied photos of her so quickly, brilliant that she is CHIPPED and SPAYED. Have reloaded the second pic to bring her closer. You need to poster poster poster the area as much as possible. You can print posters by selecting Dog Poster 1 just above Dog Information (you must be logged in). Do update us on who has been contacted ie DW’s etc. You can leave a comment by selecting Add a comment just above other comments, Good luck and hope she is found soon.
