- What a smasher he is. Looks like a black version of my own dog. Definitely a rascal, but glad he is home. Very sneaky JRs, so don't turn your back for one 1000th of a second as he will be OFF. Once they get in to the habit of running off, it is hard to break.Break the habit by being VERY vigilant in never allowing them a second of off lead freedom and you have cracked it - not even turning your back on them while they are off lead in a place where they can escape..
