Spoken to finder and has has done everything by the book. Any contact please go via the dog warden quoting finders ref FS159983745 or Battersea dogs home who have also been alerted. Finder has been walking him around the area daily to find owners and has also put found posters up.

The person who has the dog now has contacted the dog warden who is getting back to them on Monday, Battersea are also aware, the original finder didn't follow correct procedure and report the dog as found and also implied the dog had been rehomed, their are screenshots of all the messages

Looks like finder has rehomed the dog without following the legal requirements and has not contacted the local animal warden. #TheftByFinding failure to return lost property. #PetTheftReform.
