- Ohhh, this is such a shame 😪 How is Kush ? Has He settled with his Adopter or is He Missing his 'owner' ?
I DO understand, that Owners are responsible for keeping 'chip details up to date, but, did the Finder, the Dog Warden, the Kennels - any one or all of them, ever make attempts to Find His Owner, Post Found Dog Photo on Social Media, Websites etc.?.
I know that many Council Dog Wardens DO post Found Dog photos as soon as they can, others sadly do not - same with Dogs'Homes 😔
The whole 'system' requires an Overhaul doesn't it ?
In this day & age of Technology , it would surely be quite 'simple' for All those involved to have an interconnecting database very much like DoglostUK
Breed, Gender & most importantly a Few Photos to Compare ?. - 2019-12-04 18:25 Joan

I am in direct touch friend of owner who has posted a share post on Scouse Pets and I’ve given direct advice. She is going to meet up with owner and get the info we need. I have already sent the details and pics to Animal Wardens earlier when the post was put on SP. Checks will be made going back. Have explained he could easily of been legally rehomed. His chip is in a previous address. Once we have the chip number it will help with the back checks. Gone through some registered on DL for checking.
