- I was contacted yesterday by someone saying they have Boson, (they called on a with-held number) he said Boson has been used as a ‘bait dog’ for dog fighting but his leg needs amputating, so he’s of no use to them now! He wanted a bank transfer of £1000 to drop the dog off at a vets (no location details were given) he said a vet would scan him and return him to me. I said that of course I wanted him back, but couldn’t get that money together on a Sunday and the man rang off. I have no idea if he was telling the truth and we are desperately upset both at losing him and now at getting this call. If anyone knows anything or can alert their local vet or dog pound that Boson might be dumped with a badly injured leg I’d really appreciate it. Thank you.

- I live NG31 and did not receive notification :( - have shared on FB

- I was sent a notification as I live in NG33 but the dog isn't an Affenpinscher. He looks like a little scruffy terrier type to me, but not an Affen. I will most certainly keep my eyes peeled for him. Come on Boson, show yourself.
