Pups are now at a age for selling. PLEASE KEEP A LOOK OUT FOR PUPS UP FOR SALE. The seller will not have the paper work to state the tails were legally docked. The mother plus a second female also stolen at the same time are still mssing as well.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Hi Sorry I haven't been on before but I've had the most awful cold and been laid up for a while.  Still been trying to call round all the freeads but without any success I'm afraid. It's so wearing second guessing people all the time. As I understand it, the Mum and litter were in one kennel and the other bitch was in another kennel.  There were other dogs in the outside kennels but these weren't taken.  They targeted the middle two kennels which would indicate they knew what they were looking for. The owners have gone through everyone that has been to view pups - all 8 of the litter had deposits on them and they've tried to think of previous people that had been but no one stands out as being 'different' or 'odd' - I guess they wouldn't do though would they ? We just have to keep hoping that they will be offered for sale somewhere and somebody has seen or heard the news.  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I am just wondering, was the mother of these pups locked in the same kennels as them? and were the stolen dogs the only ones in outside kennels? Obvious thought is, had people been to view the pups for sale or others on the property, also any workmen been there? guess this has all been thrashed out.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Sorry, didn't want you to think I didn't believe them for a minute, I would be absolutely devastated if it were one of my litters, just that my pups are checked during the night even at 6 weeks old. Hope they are all found safe and well soon, any news yet?Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

The owner beds the dogs down at about 5pm every evening after their dinner and then goes back to give them their breakfast at about 7am.  This is their usual routine (perhaps someone knew this) - Obviously when the litter is a lot younger, they are checked more regularly.  I don't want the owners to think people are believing them to be negligent as they're certainly not.  They've very concientious and have been successful gundog breeders for years and this is the first time anything like this has happened to them. They are absolutely devastated.  Please don't think they're irresponsible.  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Hope they are all safe and well wherever they are! ~Doesn't it seem a bit strange that a mum and litter wasn't checked on between 5pm and 7am??Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
