I spoke today to the STECS Co-ordinator and there was at least one home waiting for this lovely little boy.  However, when I talked to the DW it seemed there were already four people waiting to give him a home!  So he is already a much loved boy which is no more than he deserves after such a bad start.  Be happy again little chap, we all wish you well. xxx

I'm glad this lovely little man is being looked after.  Maybe I shouldn't say this but normally he would only have to look a bit like a Scottie for the wonderful STECS to take him on!!  I hope he has a lovely life from now on anyhow. xxx

Jotty - thank you for the info.  I truly hope this poor little soul responds to all the TLC he will get in a foster home, and eventually will find a permanent loving home which he truly deserves.

The dog warden has confirmed that this little chap is not a Scottie/Scottie cross. He has been moved to a foster home as he wasn't doing well in kennels......looks like he has had a tough time of it in the past thanks to some 'humans'.

Jotty - thank you.  The Scottie Rescue (STECS) re-homing coordinator for Essex is aware of this dog's plight and help is available.

Thanks Badger. He is in a good kennels at the moment so he's fine on that front. I will of course however pass on your message to the dog warden and kennels.....and certainly if he's not claimed and there is not a home lined up for him I will ask the kennels to get in touch with STECS. Will keep you posted on him.

Jotty - if this poor soul is a Scottie or Scottie X, and needs sanctuary now and possible re-homing later I am sure Scottie Rescue (STECS) would help.  There is a re-homing coordinator for Essex - details under Contacts on www.stecs.net or I can let you have the info as I am a member.

Hear, hear Badger - I'm sure STECS would help with this poor little chap.  I believe Robbie has a microchip but it's always possible.  Hope Jotty picks up on this.
