- Tiggy the emaciated Lurcher found close to death in Northumberland has made a full recovery. And has been rehomed to someone Berwick Animal Rescue knows, and trusts. Have a great lfie in your new hone Tiggy wth someone who cares. :-) xxx Last edited: 2020-01-22 13:18:54

- If you go onto the Bark website in Berwick, Tiggy is on dogs needing homes, except at present she is being loved and cared for there, and is not available. There is however updates on her health and thankfully improvement.

- Lovely to see the enormous improvement in Tiggy in the few short days/ weeks that she has been in the care of lovely fosterers / B A R K. The updates on the BARK website are well worth a read. See Max's post further down the page for the relevant link. Twiggy is definitely getting the best of care and plenty of love...just what she needs and deserves. Xx

- Thanks Millpod. She nee some nice food now. I believe in cases like this emaciated dogs are fed on puppy food but little, and often at first.

- Thank you for taking the time to list this found dog and ensuring the safety of the dog.
Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
