- So glad Honey is safe and back at home where she belongs. Well done rail workers. I see them working on the tracks and they always wave and say a cheery hello to me and the dogs.

- Thanks for all you messages! Honey was found by railway workers near the line about 500 metres from the house. Apparently she was stuck in a hole and in some brambles. It took 5 workers an hour to get her out which shows how stuck she must've been. We took her to the vets to get checked out...AND chipped. She was just very tired and hungry but fine. The vet believed her to have been there since Sat night so that's a long time to be stuck!! Luckily we followed advice from here and contacted the rail people along with all the other usual suspects. So the workers were looking out for a dog and she just caught one of their eyes. Then one of them contacted a relative who knew about Honey from all the posters we had put out. Without the combination of all these efforts we wouldn't have found her so thank you all very much. It's so nice to have her back home xxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Just received a call that Honey has been found!!!! Still sketchy with the details but apparenlty the railway workers found her stuck in some brambles. Skinny and dehydrated but generally fine. Girlfriend is on her way to get her now. I'll update everyone when I know the full story. Thanks everyone for helping, we're both so very happy!!!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Honey had been entered twice on site and I have deleted the duplicate entry and transferred the following two posts from it to this page Post from Ian (Owner) Hi Pam, thankyou for you msg. We've just received our first call thanks to the posters of a possible sighting. Can't confirm it was defintalty her but it's a start. Sighting was at Bordyke, near Tonbridge School at the top of the High Street. We've just driven around the area, but no luck. The sighting was last night around 6 o'clock, a small dog was seen without lead, appeared to be by itself however there was a man not too far away. We'll keep on looking and postering. ThanksLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- I have been staying in Tonbridge for the last few days and whilst hurrying to the station to catch my train home i saw Honey's owner putting posters up ! I had a quick word with her and she has informed dog wardens and stray kennels. I think postering is REALLY needed here as little Honey may well have been taken in by someone locally. I did notice another poster at the Pet shop as i walked through the town so hopefully if the owners continue to poster like this they will get news of Honey very soon. Hurry home Honey ! - Spoken with local rail station. No reports from drivers. Guess that's a good thing in a way! They're keeping a look out. ThnksLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Ian, can we please have the circumstances in which Honey went missing? She could have gone hunting being a Border. There are lots of rabbits about just now. Please inform the Dog Warden ASAP. You will find them at your local council offices. You can print off posters to distribute everywhere you can, by clicking on Poster 1 above after logging in.Hope she is home soon. Best wishes.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
