Yes speak to your solicitor as if stolen from you by a ex partner or family member that's a civil matter where as you're pups were stolen by a stranger and believe a rescue that has blocked you and not answering questions may have your stolen dog meaning their holding stolen goods so not sure why the police are saying it's a civil matter, I would seek solicitor advice.
pomzo
i've spoken to the police and they said it is a civil matter and not criminal. i might ask my solicitor if that's right or not because i can't see how they won't get involved when the dogs were stolen in the first place

As he was stolen and you have a crime number can the police not contact them to get him checked to see if it's him and that's very wrong of they've blocked you that's not professional 😕Last edited: 2022-02-18 00:30:39 by choowie74

thank you @choowie74 unfortunately because i told the rescue the whole story and that i bred him they have refused to deal with me as they hate all breeders and all breeders are the same as far as they are concerned and they have blocked me. i told them they could keep him and re home him if that was what they wanted but they refused to even consider it and blocked me.

i have new pictures of the litter sister mother and father.
i am offering a reward for information leading to there return. I want these scum caught and charged as so far the police have refused to charge them for the theft and assaulting me. i want my dogs found and returned to there family!

we suspect these mastiff puppies will be with a breeder in the midlands area having been hand reared. they are the only pupies known of born in this country at this age so it will be rather obvious when they pop up at a vets. so please could anyone in the midlands area share there details with your vet xx

Poater around all surroundig aras, and post flyers through doors too. Ask around, especially thsoe with children as they can be very observant. Hsnd out as many posters as you can; where, and when you can. Post a STOLEN PUPPIES ad in a National newspaper too. These puppies need to b found soon. Keep making them "TOO HOT TO HANDLE" All xd.
