Great news ...from Sky's facebook page for those of you who dont do facebook
"Omg omg !!!! We’ve got her back after 6 long weeks of her being stolen. She was handed in at the vet in Edmonton earlier today and NOT as a stray. We cannot go into details as it is a police investigation. Sky is well, has been checked over. Sirloin steak is on the menu for her dinner. She is home now with her owners who are overjoyed they got their beautiful girl back. A million thank yous for every comment, for every likes and for every share that you have all done. It’s been 6 long horrible weeks and now time to enjoy having her back".

Have the police followed this up with owner of the vehicle alleged to have taken Sky?

Thank you for suggesting the Heathrow dog could be Sky. Sadly not as confirmed by Sky’s owners
HelperSky's AngelsLouise
2 weeks now since Sky was stolen by a man in a black VW Golf Reg GF19 XAW. Thousands of shares all over FB, and many other sites, not one sighting of this beautiful girl. Someone out there has her, do the decent thing and let her go back to her owners.

Around Heathrow Airport; My Dad picked her up just off along the motorway towards Heathrow grounds.
My dads a London black taxi drive; He was doing an airport run an hour or two ago when he came across a blue Staffordshire bull terrier girl; He picked her up and took her to the airport with him.. he was unsure of what to do but figured the dog would be local to that area so he left the dog with the kind people there...( TERMINAL 3 ) Myself and my dad don’t live around that area so I didn’t know where to post this and couldn’t find any convenient selling sites! I just wondered if any fellow taxi drivers lived around that area and had seen/heard anything on Facebook?! The dog was well cared for with a lovely character and didn’t seem mistreated at all! So I’m guessing she’s extremely missed! My dad was helped by kind staff at TERMINAL 3... They seemed to know the best thing to do so I’m guessing they have somewhere they can scan her or get her scanned locally by a warden.. Hopefully she’s chipped 💕

Rachel many thanks, I have forwarded to Sky's owners

Can we check this against dog ID 152345? It says it’s a found brindle staffy but the photo definitely looks like it’s blue. Worth a check anyway. Tried to post a link but I can’t?

I have shared this to many places on FB, all the local groups as well as national and my own page too. I hope the police follow this up as there is a registration number of the car and description of the man who stole this baby.

A comment on Sky's post on National Group suggests to check this found female:

Good you have the registration number. Sky needs to be made "TOO HOT TO HANDLE" Post in shops; post ofices too. Hand out as many posters as you can; where, and when you can. Post a STOLEN DOG ad in a National newspaper too. Have you got a CRN? Crime Referenece Number) The police coordinators on this site will give advice. Ask as many people as you can to share as well as DL. Twitter too. Paws xd.
