- Hi All,
Max was returned this morning. He is well - he wasn’t cold, hungry or dehydrated so whoever took and returned him looked after him at least.
I think this site and others have been vital in his return so thank you to everyone for their support, kindness and dedication to creating and running a resource like this which is so helpful when you’re feeling so helpless.
Thanks everyone, Happy New year and best wishes to those still looking :) - 2019-12-29 14:14 Poochpal - Regional Co-ordinator - South West - Police Liaison Team

- Many pets get stolen, and sold on, including pediogree cats. (For money). They will tell the would-be pet buyer that a relative has passed away, and he/she cannot keep it, according to the police. And sometimes a peron will take a fancy to any cat, and try to hide it in their house. I have l have known this happen, until the theives saw the owner, and gave the cat back. He needs to be made "TOO HOT TO HANDLE" Poster around thr area and post flyers through doos too. Post in shops; post offices too. Hand out as many posters as you can; when you can. Post a STOLEN CAT ad in a National newspaper too. You need CRN (Crime referenc number) The police coordinators on this site will advise you. Paws xd.
