When I was searching for saffy I came across a dog on a different page, it arrived at a centre on 27th March 2019. It looks like the same dog, I'm wondering if you contact the other page you might be able to find the owner.

The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
