& is it Possible for Owner/s to PARK UP in their UNWASHED Vehicle at the Car Park today. engine running now & then, doors open - Hugo willrecognise Engine sound, Wheels & dirt smell ....

No news overnight, Hugo's blanket etc were left for him where the car was parked for the walk. Posters going up today.
