- Just worked out how to leave a comment. Thanks for all your doing to find Jazz
I have spent most of the day around the common, went to several houses toward Ringwood and checked the old Barnes were Cracker was found. Will be up there again tomorrow

- I spent a couple of hours there at lunch time. I concentrated on walking around & through the gorse clumps as I think my dogs would have made me aware if Jazz was in there. Tomorrow I will approach the area from a different starting point, in the direction to which she bolted. I hope that posters have been distribute to the pub and through all the neighbouring doors. I still think that the owners should sit in the car park all night as these traumatised dogs will often creep back at night. If anyone wants to do a night time shift, I'd be happy to help. 01202 855097 Sandy

Jazz is postered on all the local Dog Pages to make more aware ........ thank you again x

- I have just been up on Rockord Common with my dogs, I departed at 1215 on Friday 17th Jan. I only became aware of this dog due to the poster on the green barrier, going up from the car park. Had alerts been sent to BH31, I would have gone and looked yesterday & Wednesday.
The last dog to go missing from this carpark (a year and a day ago) was ID 139369 (Crackers, Norwich Terrier) and he was found, in a little used out building after about a week, along the road toward Ringwood, almost opposite the Alice Lisle pub.
I would suggest searches in the houses along the road toward the ALP and also the stables, directly opposite Moyles Court School, across the ford in the direction of Mockbeggar.
It's far more likely that Jazz will have sought other animals, in order to be part of a pack, than wandered up on to the common, to live a solitary life.
I would also suggest checking along the road toward Linwood, as there are houses near the Red Shoot pub and Appleslade car park.
And finally, plenty of residents of BH31 drive the 14 minutes to this car park to walk their dogs (and themselves) so perhaps emailing those helpers in that postcode might be an idea.Last edited: 2020-01-17 13:10:03 by ragebe - 2020-01-17 12:44 Unknown
