BRUNO IS HOME !!! Just spoken to owner & Bruno was found cowering under a bush near Eastbourne,45miles away from home, 8 days after he went missing! He had lost some weight but otherwise ok.Thankfully someone handed him in to the dog warden.Bruno was tagged & chipped which was a good thing because at first the DW couldn't find a chip but because he was tagged & the tag said  he was chipped the DW took him to a vet who scanned him thoroughly & found the chip details & then owners were contacted. Welcome home Bruno ! Stay safe now !! SxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Just spoken to Bruno's owner. Picture on the way. Advise re : DW's vets , kennels etc given. The area is mostly forest so hoping that Bruno will be spotted by walkers & forestry commission workers.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Emma - sorry that Bruno has gone missing. Can you get a photo in to us as soon as possible please. You need to be logged in onto the page to upload a photo, but if you cannot do that, please email one to admin@doglost.co.uk with Bruno's name and postcode. This should bein jpeg format please. Be sure to inform your dog wardens immediately, by contacting your local council, and also make sure you check your local pounds personally every couple of days as dogs can be re-homed after only seven days if not claimed. Also notify all vets in the area and police. Posters need to go up immediately around the area of loss with a mobile number and then place posters further away wherever most people go. Dogs that run off, do usually return to the last place they saw their owner so please leave things with your scent or bits of his bedding and food, to keep him in that area. Good Luck and hope to see him home soon. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
