CROSS POSTED UPDATE from BIRKENHEAD KENNELS (FOBK)

So sad when you loose a dog, but what about the dog who finds themselves as a stray as this beautiful boy Ollie (as staff called him) did a few days ago, he came in obviously feeling under the weather and teeth in a terrible way, he was immediately taken to the vets for a check up where it was established he would need a dental after a course of antibiotics and pain relief.
Sadly Ollie had a fit Sunday morning and was rushed to the vets where he was examined and found to have a brain tumour which resulted in fits.....this wouldnt of been his first. Sometimes decisions have to be made and when the vet says it's kinder to let them go it's heartbreaking, heartbreaking for the staff and heartbreaking to think this boy didnt have anyone looking for him.
Ollie had such a sweet gentle nature, staff cared for him and showed him love right to the end, run free of pain sweet boy Last edited: 2020-03-02 10:23:47
