Apparently "Dennis" had many health problems, but instead of seeking advice from a vet, the so called owner dumped him like a piece of rubbish. We all know that vets aen`t cheap, but they could have contacted the PDSA. Also the RSPCA are appealing for witnesses who may have seen something suspicious on saturday February 15th around 3pm. near Pype Hayes Park, Erdington Hope the person who inflicted this on this poor dog never finds peace. And rememebers karma. I hope this low life is caught very soon. I believe the sentence of twelve months in prison for ill treating an animal is now five years. Not before time .Last edited: 2020-03-11 20:09:28
