Thanks for all your help.  Both Ty & Holly are doing fine, a bit sore & tired though.  They missed all their home comforts like the fire & bean bags! I don't think they'll be doing that again! Once again, Thanks so much.  I just hope that everyone else is lucky enough to get their pets back too. A quick word of advise, don't take the kennels word for it that they don't have a dog fitting their description!!  Go and have a look to see for yourself what stray's they have. Ty was found at a park 2.4 miles away from home & Holly at a park 3.7 miles away from home.  Both had never been to either of these parks before & was somewhere we never even thought of looking as it was just too far away!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Fantastic news ! Holly is home ! This afternoon she was taken into the same kennels her brother Ty was collected from this morning. She is very distressed and wont stop crying........... poor girl xx The last few days will have been such a trauma for her. Hopefully with lots of TLC she will soon be her self again. Both dogs will be getting microchpped and a tag ! Welcome home Holly and stay safe from now on xx PamLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Hollys brother Ty who she initially ran off with has been collected this morning from West Hall Kennels by his owners. He apparently had been there since Saturday 18th  when he was picked up in the morning in the Alexandra road area near to Barnes Park. Holly was no longer with him so the search is still on for her ! Owners need to keep checking with the stray kennels and poster the area Ty was picked up in as Holly may well be hiding up in the area or have been taken in by someone as she is a very friendly dog. Hurry home Holly xx PamLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I am so sorry to see that Holly and her brother Ty have gone missing. Thankyou for registering both your dogs on our site. It is vital that you inform all dog wardens local to you, all stray kennels and vets etc. By law stray kennels only have to keep a dog for 7 days before rehoming them or sending them onto a rescue which may be much further afield. It is always best if you can visit stray kennels in person so you can be sure your dogs are not there and also leave a poster with them. Please POSTER POSTER POSTER as much as you can to raise as much public awareness as you can.Good luck and I hope they are both back with you very soon xxx PamLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
