- UPDATE from the facebook group.....
Thank you all for your good wishes towards this beautiful dog.
We just wanted to update with a few details:
🐾 The dog is an entire male
🐾He is NOT CHIPPED (checked many times, all over the body)
🐾He is most likely a Spaniel/Spaniel cross with a long, and waggy tail ☺️
🐾He is friendly and doing fine, he is terrified of the clippers, so being groomed slowly and with much patience - 2020-03-11 18:38 Unknown
- Well done those who caught him /her

Oh my goodness the poor baby. That’s a seriously matted coat. Yes let’s hope there’s an owner out there who’s been missing this poor dog as looks like it’s been out for some time. Thank goodness a warm bed & some food tonight.
Fantastic work from the team of helpers xx - 2020-03-11 16:54 Helen - Regional Co-ordinator - Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridge

- THE NEWBOROUGH STRAY was caught by by one of the team of helpers this morning - the dog seems healthy but more won't be known really until the very matted coat is removed - hopefully there is an owner out there waiting to be reunited with their long lost dog <3
