I’ve been talking to owner since yesterday. I e given her the dog warden details, have emailed her details to SDK and copied her in. They have spoken to her and advised fee and to call back to pay so that they can return Koko.

It’s been explained in Polish too, so hopefully this will be resolved tomorrow.
