- FB Update from owner on 22.04.20
Three long weeks ago today on April Fools Day (who was the fool?). My beautiful Ollie went out of my life. A hunting cry, then silence - where did he go? No sound, no sightings, no nothing.
A big black hole-in my life certainly. It was as if the hill opened and ingested him
Since then every inch of the hill has been searched, at least all those parts that could be reached. Each time I gave up hope , a tentative sighting, was that him on the camera? If I want it hard enough I can convince myself it’s true.
He has been my constant companion for six years- all of his life. All he has ever known is total love, comfort, a full tummy and and lots of walks. He’s never had to provide for himself - until now. I can’t bear leaving him on the hill to face yet another cold and dark night. He must be terrified to be all alone with the strange and alien nocturnal noises. Come home Ollie.
He is soft and fluffy and a bundle of deliciousness. His coat is apricot and cream, or more properly cream and apricot. His tail, a white flag - held magnificently, proud and very visible. He’s a brave and fearless hunter.
My little man, I miss you so much. There’s a hole in my life where once you were and hope that you will be again
I can’t bear the thought that I might never see him again. I don’t want to have to live my life without him being a part of it.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the wonderful people who are helping us to find Ollie. I have been overwhelmed by the support and lengths that people will go to to help him. We need your positive thoughts.
PS. Ollie has a number of allergies for which he is having medication, and without which he is utterly miserable. If left untreated his skin will erupt into open sores. He has now been without treatment for three weeks and must be very itchy, and scratching a lot. It is, therefore, very important that we find him as soon as possible.

- Sorry to see that OLLIE is missing.
- If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
- Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
- A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (155732)
